About Me

Therapy is for all of us

The role of a grief counselor is both compassionate and multifaceted. Grief counselors serve as guides and companions on the often turbulent journey of bereavement, offering emotional support, understanding, and a safe space for individuals to process their grief. They help clients navigate the complex and intense emotions that accompany loss, providing validation for their feelings and experiences. Grief counselors also educate clients about the grieving process, helping them understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to grief and that everyone’s journey is unique. They assist in developing coping strategies, facilitating discussions about the deceased, and encouraging the expression of a wide range of emotions, including sadness, anger, guilt, and even moments of joy. Ultimately, grief counselors play a vital role in helping individuals gradually find meaning, healing, and a renewed sense of hope in the aftermath of loss.

As a licensed therapist, end-of-life doula, and hospice social worker, I have extensive experience with families as they navigate the end of life of a loved one. I tailor my approach to suit what makes you uniquely you and how that informs how you grieve. In addition to providing you with the tools and resources to help you through the grieving process, I explore ways to reframe the loss to look for opportunities for growth and self-exploration. I invite my clients to somatically process and heal the trauma of loss, sharing my belief that grief is the price one pays for love and connection and that a life filled with love and connection is the true testimonial of success.

Where I come from

I was raised in France and Switzerland, immigrating to Israel at the age of twenty.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Hotel Management at Cornell University and a Master’s in social work from Yeshiva University with a gerontology and palliative care certificate. I’m trained as an end-of-life Doula by the University of Vermont, and as a harm reduction Psychedelic Assisted Therapist with Fluence and Ketamine Assisted Therapist with KTC.

Working with you

Whether you’re supporting a loved in the final stages of life or struggling to find meaning in their death, I work with clients to somatically process and heal the trauma of loss. Using several modalities, including traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy I provide my clients with the supportive container to find acceptance and inner peace and to quiet the inner storm which is grief,
In addition to my private practice, I facilitate grief groups through Lifestorms.
